Conference facilities on cruise ships are equipped with a wide range of audio/visual services including PowerPoint projection systems, lavaliere sound systems, color touch screens, wireless remote controls, teleconferencing capabilities and more.  

Meeting facilities and equipment are often available free of charge.  Additionally, trained cruise ship staff members are available to assist in the use of a/v equipment onboard.  

Morning and afternoon meeting breaks are convenient and are often complimentary.
