cruise line headquarters, as well as with pier and cruise

of the World" we are able to visit the ships often,
personally checking and staying abreast of the latest in
onboard developments.
Nancie
Nichols Svensen, M. Ed. , President
Nancie received
her Master of Education in Higher
Education Administration from the College
of William and Mary in
1978. She then lived and
worked onboard luxury passenger cruise
ships for seven years, traveling
throughout the world as a Purser
for Royal
Viking Line,
and Chief Purser for Norwegian
Cruise Line. Later
back ashore, Nancie was Manager of
Group and Incentive Services with American
Express TRS at
their headquarters in New York, overseeing
group programs for clients worldwide.
Nancie returned to Miami and the cruise
industry in 1992, and was soon awarded Cruise
Line International Association’s (CLIA)
"Master Cruise Counselor" (MCC) certification. Nancie
and her staff continue to visit ships and cruise, maintaining
their familiarity with ships and destinations worldwide.
